Doruk Ateş

He was born in 1982 in Çinçin Bağları, Ankara. He was appointed as a civil servant during his undergraduate education. He served in different titles in different cities of the country. He served as a member of the Branch Audit Institution and Provincial Representative in the Energy Industry and Mining Workers' Union, affiliated with KESK. His columns and stories were published in the union's media organs. After privatization, he left the civil service and worked in different companies. He published two novels and took part in two collective books with his stories. The author, who currently works as an Electricity Market Expert, is also a Board Member of the Turkish Crime Writers Association.
